What exactly is FLOW?
FLOW is a 4-week specialty series at Shred 27 led by Coach Gabriel. Each session blends mobility work, stretching, low-impact functional movement, and recovery training all designed to help your body move and feel better. 8 sessions total, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm throughout June.
Do I have to be flexible to join?
Not at all. If you're tight, stiff, or feel like your body doesn't move the way it used to, that's exactly who this is for. You don't need a baseline. You just need to show up.
Is this the same as yoga?
It's not yoga. FLOW is functional mobility training built around how active women's bodies actually move and recover. Think of it as the training that makes your other workouts work better.
